This 32,000 sq ft office building was designed to replace a 1930’s building in the highly sensitive context of Golden Square, just north of Piccadilly Circus. Nimmo & Partners were commissioned by NUIM as Architects, and the building was completed on time and budget, retaining the critical details that won over the City of Westminster Planning Department. After completion the building was let to Sony Media.
