The University of Glasgow Library wanted to create a social learning space for students to work, eat, read and relax in small and large groups. Nimmo & Partners suggested the creation of a Café, at the centre of a forest of Pods, Study Recesses, Bistro seating and Lounges, which resulted in the increase of student seats and the provision of an airy, multifunctional space with high quality finish. This space is now one of the most popular venues on the campus.
